I had the opportunity to do a mini Pound Rockout Workout class at Camp Adventure in Richton Park. As soon as I handed out the Ripstix they were ready to go. We went over some rules and techniques before we started and then we were ready to rockout. They really enjoyed the class and even asked when I would be back. Thank you to Davia of the Richton Park, Parks and Recreation Department for having me. Make sure to stop into the Richton Park Community Center to see all the activities that have for the community.

So here it is the Cha Cha Slide Plank Version that has been going virial in the fitness world. This was so fun and hard to do. Try and out and let me know how you do. My girls are troopers for this. We had just completed a 45 min bootcamp class before this!
