Meatless Monday- Fried Cauliflower “Chicken”

Hey Fitness Luvs,

I have been trying to incorporate more vegan meals into my diet and this recipe was so awesome.  Fried Cauliflower Chicken is something you need to try!  I got the recipe from Sweet Potato Soul on YouTube and I will link the recipe below.

Mommy and Me Workout

Grab those kiddies and join me for a mommy and me workout.  These are exercises you can do using your little ones or just while they are around. Make sure your are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have permission from your doctor to start an exercise regimen.

PoundFit at Camp

I had the opportunity to do a mini Pound Rockout Workout class at Camp Adventure in Richton Park.  As soon as I handed out the Ripstix they were ready to go.  We went over some rules and techniques before we started and then we were ready to rockout.  They really enjoyed the class and even asked when I would be back.  Thank you to Davia of the Richton Park, Parks and Recreation Department for having me.  Make sure to stop into the Richton Park Community Center to see all the activities that have for the community.
