12 Days of Fitmas

Its that time of year again, a Fitmas challenge.  This time we will only be doing 12 days, but it will still be an awesome workout and challenge.  We will start on December 13th with our first day of 1 surfer burpee.  A video of each challenge will be posted every day on my Instagram (@FitnessWRose) with the final video being posted onto my website.  Complete the challenge by posting a video of yourself completing the challenge and tag me on Instagram and/or Facebook and use the hashtag #FWR12DaysOfFitmas.  There will be a grand prize winner at the end of the challenge.  So the more days your participate the more chances you have to win.

Thanksgiving Workout

PoundFit at Camp

I had the opportunity to do a mini Pound Rockout Workout class at Camp Adventure in Richton Park.  As soon as I handed out the Ripstix they were ready to go.  We went over some rules and techniques before we started and then we were ready to rockout.  They really enjoyed the class and even asked when I would be back.  Thank you to Davia of the Richton Park, Parks and Recreation Department for having me.  Make sure to stop into the Richton Park Community Center to see all the activities that have for the community.
