Thought I would share this example on how to read a food label to help with weight lose or maintenance.  This image was taken for the Fit & Well: Core Concepts and Labs in Physical Fitness and Wellness 

The facts on these labels are designed to help consumers make food choices based on the nutrients that are most important to good health.
