Here is my schedule for the week.  See you in class!

Tuesday 5:30pm WERQ at XSport Fitness in Matteson
Tuesday 7:30pm Palango at XSport Fitness in Matteson

Friday 10:15am Stroller Fit at Richton Park Community Center (make sure to pre-register)
Friday 6pm WERQ at XSport Fitness in Matteson

Saturday 9am HIIT to the Core at Richton Park Community Center (make sure to pre-register)
